Wild Day Out on Derby’s Markeaton Park not to be missed

WildDerby has organised a family fun event on the weekend of the 5^th and 6^th of June 2010 at Markeaton Park.

Derby wild life lovers will spend quality time at the Markeaton Park helping to carry out Derbyshire's first 24 wildlife survey. Any one is invited to join in!

The aim is to find the most bugs, bats, birds, and wild plants to compile the longest list of species for any site in Derby and Derbyshire.

There will be plenty of wildlife things to do, make and enjoy at this free, family fun event, free walks, dawn chorus, bird walk, wild water walk, smoothie cycle, a bug and flower sweep and more.
