Derby Festé is a free three-day festival in and around Derby's city centre bringing together world-class live performance, music, film and more, creating amazing experiences which will take your breath away!

Since Festé first appeared in 2007, we've seen giant fire-breathing dragons roaming the streets of Derby, daring aerial acrobatics, street parties, live bands and much much more...

Starting on Friday 24th September this year's festival will bring a variety of international and local artists together for three days of breathtaking live performances to stimulate your senses!

Derby has several places to visit as well over the summer,  whether it’s just a family day out or an educational tour. With 3 free museums, a World Heritage Site, the world's sole supplier/factory of Royal Crown Derby fine bone china, brand new arts and media centre and a cathedral housing the oldest ring of 10 bells in the world - as well as a nest full of peregrine falcons - Derby has something for everyone.

Derby is packed with a wide variety of festivals and events where World Class International artists rub shoulders with multi-talented community groups, family fun and more this summer.
