What to do this weekend!!!
5th February – 7th February
It’s that time of the week again, when we start to think of what we are going to do this weekend, fed up of staying in and watching television and worrying over those bank balances. Well then Guide2Derby have all those solutions to make sure you have a great weekend.
Do you enjoy a good drink, well then this is the event for you Derby Live present “Derby CAMRA 9th Winter Beer Festival” who is brining you another fantastic line-up of beers and bands to brighten up your winter. Click here for more information.
For all those hardcore punk rock rocks, then we have the event for you! The Old Bell is presenting “Anti Nowhere League” an infamous group of hardcore punk rock anarchists. The history of the league is littered with brushes with the law, rock and roll misbehaviour and very loud music. Click here for more information.
It is also the end of the Panto session this weekend, so don’t miss out on the chance of going to see Puss in Boots at Allestree. The 2010 production of “Puss In Boots” has been written by St Nicholas Players long serving musical director Phil Wensley, earlier performances of this title were in 1969 and 1988, but Phils script and music are bang up-to-date.

The Flower Pot is presenting “Oli Brown Band” this weekend. They are a very young accomplished blues guitarist who claims to fame including playing in Texas, performing on the Paul Jones show and guesting with Walter Trout. Click here for more information
If you would rather stay at the comfort of your home, remember Dial-A-Chef can arrange a never to forget family dinner for you.
